Dr. Vegh is a board certified surgeon practicing in the Libertyville area since 1989. She specializes in cataract and laser vision correction surgery.

Dr. Vegh graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. She then completed her doctorate in optometry at Indiana University School of Optometry. Dr. Vegh went on to complete her medical training at Indiana University in Indianapolis. Her internship at Cook County Hospital in Chicago was followed by a three year ophthalmology residency at University of Chicago.

Dr. Vegh is on staff at Condell Medical Center, Lake Forest Hospital, and Highland Park Hospital. Dr. Vegh is an accomplished surgeon performing several thousand cataract and laser surgeries. She practices comprehensive ophthalmology treating a wide range of eye diseases. She is a member of many professional organizations including American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, International Society of Refractive Surgery, and the Illinois Association of Ophthalmology.
