Office Policies
We appreciate your cooperation to allow for a smooth office flow and efficient use of both our patients and our doctors' time. If you have any questions regarding these policies, please call our office.
Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give our office at least 24 hour notice. Should you cancel in less than 24 hours, or if you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, we may charge a $50 rescheduling fee, or ask that you prepay in full at your next appointment. Additionally, you may be offered limited appointment times.
A patient who does not show up for a scheduled appointment three or more times may not be rescheduled in the future and may be dismissed from the practice.
Late Policy
If a patient is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, the appointment may be cancelled and need to be rescheduled. In addition, late-arriving patients may also be asked to wait until the provider has an opening in their schedule.
