Margaret Albertson, O.D.

Optometry

Dr. Margaret Albertson is a Chicago-trained optometrist with over 10 years of experience providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages throughout Chicagoland. She earned her Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry and completed advanced clinical training in ocular disease, glaucoma management, specialty contact lenses, and cataract surgery co-management.
 

A Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, Dr. Albertson received a Paragon Certification in Corneal Refractive Therapy in 2010 and remains engaged in clinical research. Her research has focused on the optics off silicone hydrogel multifocal lenses and higher-order aberrations measured by viavefront aberrometry, as well as complex ocular conditions which she presented at the
American Academy of Optometry.

 

Dr. Albertson is dedicated to delivering trusted, personalized eye care using the latest technology, with a focus on long-term eye health and vision for very patient.
