Optometry

Dr. Goldberg is Board Certified in Medical Optometry. After graduating from Purdue University, Dr. Goldberg earned his Doctorate of Optometry (OD) at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL. Upon completing his degree, Dr. Goldberg attended the highly competitive ocular disease and low vision residency at Jesse Brown VA Medical Center and Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital. During his residency, Dr. Goldberg managed complex ocular disease, fit specialty contact lenses, and provided low vision services to visually impaired individuals. Following his residency, Dr. Goldberg earned fellowship status in the American Academy of Optometry and ultimately board certification through the American Board of Certification in Medical Optometry.

Outside of the office, Dr. Goldberg lives locally in Libertyville and enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
