We accept a wide range of insurance companies at Eye Physicians of Libertyville. Please confirm with your provider prior to your eye exam that your insurance is accepted at our clinic. Very rarely, a listed insurance may be temporarily refused.
Do you take VSP?
We are an out-of-network provider for VSP. We can submit your exam to your medical insurance if you have any eye issues such as dry eye, itchy eyes, cataracts, or glaucoma to name a few. Alternatively, we offer a cash pay discount for your exam and will provide itemized receipts so that you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement from VSP.
Why don't you take VSP?
Over the years, it has become increasingly more difficult to work with VSP. By becoming an out-of-network provider we will be able to assure only the highest level of care for our patients.
